FLIR Thermal Infrared Imaging
Short circuits on battery VDD_MAIN power rails consume power and radiate heat. Our thermal cameras detect temperature anomalies down to 0.05°C, instantly pinpointing shorted components without guesswork.
Stereo Optical Microscopes
Equipped with 45x continuous zoom optics and polarized ring lights, allowing our technicians to solder copper jumper wires finer than a human hair (0.01mm) onto severed logic board traces.
JBC Precision Soldering Stations
High-frequency thermal recovery ensures temperature stability at the nano-soldering tip, eliminating the risk of overheating adjacent memory chips or damaging multi-layer board substrates.
Crest Ultrasonic Solvents
Dual-frequency ultrasonic cavitation cleans liquid-damaged logic boards in specialized electronic de-oxidizing fluid, dislodging mineral crystals from underneath BGA chips.
